About You
We are searching for a Sales Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes. Ideally, you are someone who has:
* A minimum of 2 years business-to-business sales experience (preferably within SaaS) with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Ability to deliver effective demonstrations / presentations to potential customers highlighting the key value proposition
* Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
* Ability to work independently but also within a team environment
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Experience in the education / early years industry would be an advantage
About the Role
Becoming a valuable member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in optimising sales to both new and existing customers and enhancing the growth of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Proactively generating sales leads through trade shows, events and targeted sales calls
* Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
* Converting acquired leads to sales through consultative customer meetings and demonstrations, both online and face to face
* Meeting company and individual sales targets and driving lead to sales conversion rates
* Managing the lead to sales cycle in the company CRM
* Contributing market feedback to the wider team to supporting product development and future growth
Basic salary range is £26-30k plus OTE commission earnings of £6-12k.

Stage 3: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a face-to-face interview
If successful, you will receive an offer letter and upon starting receive comprehensive on-the-job training.
