As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be required to: Follow the class teacher and SENCO's direction in supporting the child both inside and outside the classroom Working on a permanent contract providing support for pupils either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups under the direction of the Head of Learning Support Work with children who have SEND & SEMH needs.
