What we are looking for
We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and strategic salesperson who is focused on developing new logo customers and generating enterprise sales opportunities. If you can sell and are hungry for success with high earning potential, then becoming a Regional Sales Manager here at Sidetrade is the career path for you!
You will need to
* Have a proven successful sales track record ideally with a software vendor.
* Be experienced at selling to C Suite.
* Demonstrate a consultative sales approach that offers value to customers.
* Be comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
* Be a team player and excellent networker.
Your Team
The Sidetrade sales team is passionate about technology and our customers. We ensure each team member receives the training, coaching, tools, and mentorship they need to grow and succeed.
In your new role- within 90 days, you will have:
* Attended the Sidetrade New Hire Bootcamp to learn our company mission and unique offerings.
* Joined our Sales Academy to learn our software technology and skills necessary for success.
* Aligned with your manager on key objectives and sales targets.
* Met & shadowed current members of the Sidetrade sales team.
* Developed an action plan to achieve your goals.
Within 12 months, you will need to be:
* Considered one of the top performers on the team by consistently exceeding your goals.
* A salesperson that has grown more here than you would anywhere else!
