Serco proudly support the RAF and MoD, supplying around 20 different services onsite, from aircraft maintenance, to fuelling and ground control services. Within our small Serco Photography team, we are looking for a keen Photographer/Videographer primarily to lead on video production, from planning to capture right through to editing and postproduction. As part of the role, you will be using Canon C70 cameras, as well as R5 and R6 hybrid cameras, microphones and autocue as well as Adobe Prem Pro and After Effects. The purpose of the role is to create high quality productions to be used as training videos and media output. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they have recent video experience in a dynamic environment and will be required to attend and pass the Defence Media Operations Photographer (DMOP) course (CN1337) at the Defence School of Photography at DSAE Cosford. Main Accountabilities: Film and edit footage to make productions/media recordings for use by the MoD. Photographic work for variable requirements. Work with Media officers to create public relations content for the Station. Scanning and copying prints, paintings and documents On rare occasions it may be necessary to undertake aerial photographic tasks in any aircraft selected by the Authority. What you'll need to do the role: Photography NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 744 or equivalent or a minimum of 3 years professional experience Experience with Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects. Ability to use Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines. Customer focussed.
