We currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity for a dynamic, sales-driven, and ambitious individual. We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience in a 360-recruitment role.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Level 3 Recruitment Consultant - CPD Certified Diploma or equivalent
2. Educated to at least GCSE-level and have good numeracy and literacy skills.
3. Minimum work experience of 3 years.
4. Right to Work in the UK, Security Screening, Means of Travel
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
6. Adept at managing multiple client accounts with a focus on delivering results.
7. Proficiency in utilising recruitment software and social media platforms to source candidates and market services.
8. Attention to detail is paramount, ensuring accurate maintenance of candidate databases and documentation.
9. Adaptability and flexibility are essential traits, allowing for responsive adjustment to changing recruitment demands.

Salary: £24,000 pa, 33 days annual leave, pension, training, Commission upon successful completion of 6 months probationary period.
