Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Rooflights, Smoke Ventilation & Glass Roofs x3
Industry Sector: Daylight Systems, Roof Windows, Glazing, Skylights, Roofing, Building Envelope, Smoke Ventilation
Location: 3 vacancies across the Midlands & South (location will determine your territory)
1. North London, Northern Home Counties, East Anglia going into East Midlands
2. South London & Southern Home Counties
3. South West & West Midlands
Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + 25% bonus
Benefits: £625 car allowance & full benefits package
Role Responsibilities:
* Sell a high-quality manufactured range of daylight systems such as roof glazing, roof windows, and ventilation systems.
* Generate specifications with architects, building surveyors, and contractors.
* Achieve targeted turnover of circa £1m.
* Manage large project sizes from £20k-£350k+.
* Work on predominantly commercial projects such as universities, gyms, and hospitals.
* Balance new business development and account management.
* Maintain and update CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal and external support teams.
* Follow the design build process through to installation.
* Exhibit strong organizational skills such as planning and punctuality.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience selling technical products such as glass, glazing, or roofing systems.
* Experience selling through specifications via architects or tier 1 contractors.
* Contacts with large tier 1 contractors or architect practices.
* Passion for career progression and technical understanding.
* Experience conducting CPDs.
* Strong work ethic and ambition.
* Strong computer literacy skills.
