Job Title: Stores / Customer Operations Advisor
Location: Ellesmere Port
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, 1 hour lunch per day, 40 hours/week
Type of Employment: 10 weeks temporary (initial)

Main duties & responsibilities:
Expediting orders with suppliers using the ERIKS EOS System & updating the customer
Managing the goods inward deliveries
Managing deliveries to the customer
Supporting with placing orders on the ERIKS EOS system
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to adapt under pressure, this is an extremely fast paced site and the individual needs to be prepared to adapt to changes in their working day
