Bid Writer
Salary: Up to £42,000
Description:
We are looking for a talented Bid Writer to join a growing team within a fast-paced and ambitious organisation. This role is key in securing new, sustainable, and profitable contracts within the public sector. Reporting to the Head of Tenders, you will be responsible for crafting compelling bid responses, conducting in-depth research, and ensuring all tender submissions meet the highest standards. Experience:
1+ years of bid writing experience, preferably within public sector tenders. A strong eye for detail and excellent written communication skills are essential. Experience in private sector bids or knowledge of the language services industry is desirable but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
* Write compelling responses to bid questions in line with customer specifications.
* Conduct research on customer profiles and procurement requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant bid content.
* Upload and dispatch ITTs and bids via relevant portals.
* Maintain commercial awareness and identify new business opportunities.
* Support bid management and business development activities as required.
