Provide support within the Supply Chain area of Systems and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the process of loading new vehicles onto SAP, including amending arrival dates and communicating updates to stakeholders. Handle dealer communications related to vehicle orders, allocation, and supply. Prepare Excel reports and provide initial analysis for review. Proactively manage back-orders, stock swaps, and vehicle specification changes. Maintain minimum stock-holding to meet sales objectives. Collaborate with Regional Business Managers on dealer issues and stock status. Operate the vehicle allocation system, including managing vehicle movements tied to dealer appointments, terminations, and returns. Administer vehicle invoicing, credit, and re-invoicing processes. Assist with processing and administration of Used Cars, Company Cars, and Fleet contracts. Main Interfaces: Internal: Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Production Planning, Regional Business Managers. External: Dealer network, Customer Service team. Person Specification: Education: 4 GCSEs, including English and Maths. Experience: Administration experience preferred. Skills: Strong Excel skills, good knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge (desirable), excellent communication, flexibility, and a self-motivated attitude.
