About the Role: As a Welsh-Speaking Primary Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, working 1:1 and with small groups to help them engage in their learning. Assist the class teacher with daily tasks and preparation for the day. Supervise pupils during lunch breaks and help maintain a safe, positive environment. Carry out general administrative duties. Contribute to the school's culture and ethos by working as part of a collaborative team. What We’re Looking For: Fluency in Welsh (essential for this Welsh-medium role). A passion for education and supporting young learners. Experience working with children and the ability to positively manage challenging behaviour. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A solid educational background (GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths) and IT proficiency.
