Summary: As a Charge Nurse, you will use your compassion and experience to lead our teams in delivering quality care, providing clinical leadership, and making sure our patients receive the dignity and respect they deserve.
You will assess each patient's physical, psychological and social needs, collaborate with their families to create care plans, and evaluate them against changing needs. You will also allocate key workers, orientate new staff, and mentor them to the highest standards of care.
You will need to be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and supervision qualification, with experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments, and up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.

* Extensive nursing experience in a mental health setting, particularly caring for patients with dementia
* Natural leader with experience as a clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
