Main Purpose of Job:
Responsible for Business Development Activities, Developing Marketing Opportunities and Plans; Developing sales strategies.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience of employer engagement and B2B sales
* Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
* Understanding of & up to date knowledge of the Electrical industry (Specifically EV)
* Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Experience of achieving sales targets
* Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; initiating corrective actions.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Requirements:
* Use cold calling, marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts.
* Identify, evaluate and meet contractual needs.
* Helping Development of Marketing Materials.
* Customer services relating to client queries and issues raised
* Carry out evaluation, observation and analysis and act on feedback where necessary to ensure high quality service provision and continuous improvement with clients
* Development and maintenance of mail shot programme, social media and website.
* Build outstanding business relationships with managers / external partners to understand key issues within their contractual requirements
* Manage within budget planned and targeted marketing opportunities.
* Utilise existing relationships with Rolec EV and Yesss Electrical and look to mirror and expand those networks.
