Sales Co-ordinator, Administration and Assistant Sales Progressor
Downend, Bristol
£25,000 base salary (depending on experience)
£28,000 OTE
Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our award winning, energetic, and experienced Sales team. We are currently looking for an administration co-ordinator to assist the Sales team with day-to-day tasks ensuring service standards always remain high. The role requires a hard-working individual with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment both independently and as part of a team.
Essential skills for the role include:
• Experience of dealing with general public in a face-to-face customer service role.
• Effective communication skills - an ability to communicate information at all levels in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work closely with a team.
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages
• Strong organisational and customer service skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Desire to succeed - ability to demonstrate initiative and self motivation.
• Well presented.
• Genuine interest in property and people.
Key Accountabilities:
• Overseeing compliance procedures for the office & ensuring they are followed
• Typing property descriptions and various other sales letters as required
• Uploading photos, checking paperwork, sending drafts for approval
• Maintaining the offices webpages & producing marketing content for social media & portals
• Raising sales invoices
• Assisting with data collection for sales performance & production of league tables
• Working with the Sales Progressor assisting in moving the sales forward to an exchange of contracts
• Assisting the Sales Team with incoming call handling
• Ensuring window presentations are current & up to date
• Ordering and restocking office supplies

We are offering:
• Basic salary of £25k with a realistic OTE of £26k plus (uncapped pooled/team commission) plus individual financial services referral commission on offer. Taking combined OTE to £28K
