Purchasing Administrator Responsibilities:
* Liaising with other members of the business internally and externally as well as suppliers to obtain material requirements
* Using the purchase order system place purchase orders and maintain records of orders placed
* Arranging appointments for hired products
* Evaluating and obtaining quotations for material requirements
* Chasing late deliveries and solving queries
* For COSHH assessment purposes all new item product data must be obtained
* Invoicing and managing orders
* Day to day Administration
Hours: Full-time Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm Required skills & experience:
* Experience of working in an administration role
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good attention to details
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of financial accounting systems
* Previous experience having exposure to a care setting or social housing is desirable
