County Insurance Services provide an extensive range of bespoke insurance policies for businesses and private clients. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with both our clients and our colleagues. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Insurance Account Handler to join our independent and family run insurance brokers. This role is a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and tailored insurance cover to our business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of business insurance accounts and support our commercial executives in delivering for clients.
* Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
* Provide accurate and timely quotes, policy renewals, and adjustments
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations affecting business insurance
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and industry partners
* Collaborate with all members of the company to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
* Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
* GCSE Grade C/4 and above, English & Maths
* To already hold Cert CII accreditation or complete it within 2 years of joining County (through a fully funded apprenticeship scheme)
* At least 2 years insurance account handling, ideally in commercial insurance but potentially in personal lines
* Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures, as well as relevant rules and regulations
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Applicants should be highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
