Job description
We are excited to share that we are continuing to expand our network of charity retail shops across Gloucestershire and will soon be opening a new shop in Brockworth, Gloucester. Our charity shops are vital in supporting National Star’s aim to transform the lives of young people with disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic deputy retail manager to join our team and help to drive forward the launch of the new shop.
Working closely with the retail manager, you will use your creativity, communication and customer service skills to generate quality donated stock. It’s likely that you will understand merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware and books in a way that will encourage maximum sales.
It also goes without saying that you will be confident in supporting the recruitment, training and management of a team of diverse volunteers.
You will be working 22 hours a week (over 3 days) to include some weekend working. We would prefer that you have some flexibility on the days you can work and that you have access to transport to be able to cover shifts at some of our other stores if required.
How to Apply
Apply online to the Charity Retail Shop Deputy Manager role.
