Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Paid Media to lead our paid media strategy and execution. As the Head of Paid Media, you will be responsible for overseeing client campaigns, optimising performance, and driving ROI across various paid channels. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media platforms, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills to ensure our agency delivers outstanding results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the PPC strategy across multiple client accounts, ensuring best practices and innovative approaches.
* Oversee and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
* Collaborate with account managers and other digital marketing teams to align PPC strategies with overall client goals.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and algorithm updates to keep campaigns competitive.
* Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of PPC campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
* Manage PPC budgets effectively, ensuring clients get maximum value for their spend.
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize effectiveness.
* Present campaign performance reports to clients and senior management with clear insights and recommendations.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a senior PPC role, ideally within an agency environment.
* Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into action.
* Experience with bid management tools and automation strategies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal reporting.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
* Google Ads certifications (preferred).
