What You’ll Be Doing:
As the driving force behind maintenance and operations, you’ll:
Lead a dedicated team and subcontractors to ensure top-notch service across mechanical, electrical, and building services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Champion health and safety by producing RAMs, conducting site audits, and setting the highest standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Expertise in Building Services – HVAC, M&E, and Control Systems.
Proven experience managing subcontractors and fostering collaboration.
Hands-on knowledge of CAFM/CMMS systems.
Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND, SMSTS, IOSH.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
