Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers;
* Providing a high level of customer service;
* Assisting in the management of stock;
* General warehousing duties as required;
* Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing;
* Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.
What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* Ability to build relationships with trade customers;
* A current forklift license or willingness to undertake this (company funded);
* Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members, and customers;
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure our customer's expectations are met or exceeded;
* A driver's license.
