Job Summary:
The Head of New Business Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new customers within the wholesale, distribution, logistics, and manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced sales leader with a proven track record of success in the SaaS market.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve new business revenue & ARR goals.
2. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of new business sales representatives.
3. Identify and qualify potential customers within the wholesale distribution, logistics & manufacturing industry.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organisations.
5. Work in partnership with our marketing teams to shape strategic campaigns to raise awareness of OneAdvanced in our target market.
6. Conduct sales presentations and lead product demonstrations, showcasing the value of OneAdvanced's solutions.
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
8. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately within Salesforce.
9. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure solution alignment with market needs and support development of future industry roadmaps.
10. Maintain outstanding knowledge of the industry trends and competitive landscape.
11. Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
3. Experience managing and mentoring a sales team to achieve financial goals.
4. Deep understanding of the wholesale distribution, logistics & manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
