Managing Consultant - HR & Commercial Office at The ONE Group Ltd
The One Group is proud to work exclusively with an established leader in automation, currently expanding their HR team with a Payroll & Benefits Administrator role on a permanent basis.
If you have experience in a busy payroll environment, with some exposure to HR, and are eager to take on a more varied role, this opportunity is ideal.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing end-to-end payroll for UK employees, including new starters, salary adjustments, and statutory payments.
2. Coordinating payroll data and liaising with the external payroll provider.
3. Administering employee benefits such as pensions and insurance.
4. Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations, including PAYE, NICs, and P11Ds.
5. Maintaining HR and payroll systems.
6. Supporting HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates will have solid UK payroll legislation experience, some benefits scheme knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with confidential data. Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS platforms is desirable.
Additional Details:
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the office, working from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary ranges from £34,000 to £36,000 depending on experience, with benefits including life insurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and pension.
