HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for a Technical Services Support person to join our well-established and expanding team based at our Fluid Power office in Halesowen.
About the role:
As our Technical Services Support personyou will be supporting the team by offering technical assistance, providing information on stock availability, assisting with sales enquiries and customer queries and actively promoting the sale of Hayley products and services.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities as our Technical Services Support person will include:
1. Deal with incoming phone calls and support tickets offering technical assistance where required.
2. To help with interchanges and alternatives, willingness to learn the full scope of the fluid power product range.
