Title: Payroll Administrator
Salary: Up to £31,000
Location: Essex - Hybrid working
JGA Recruitment is excited to partner with a thriving organisation seeking a Payroll Administrator to join its team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of monthly and weekly payrolls
Managing starters and leavers, including issuing P45s
Ensuring all payroll deadlines are met efficiently
Handling payroll-related queries and liaising with HMRC
Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies
Supporting with general payroll administration as required What We're Looking For:
3+ years of payroll experience
Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Thorough understanding of payroll processing and legislation
