Reed Practice are proud to be recruiting for an established client of ours based in Basingstoke. They are seeking to add a Bookkeeper to their esteemed team. Candidates will be expected to work on site 5 days a week for the first 6 months, then will switch to a hybrid working model of 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to:
* Processing sales and purchase invoices
* Handling expense claims
* Recording petty cash entries
* Managing bank payments and receipts, credit card transactions
* Maintaining payroll records
* Handling VAT and PAYE processes
The ideal candidate would have:
* Experience working within Practice
* Essential experience in Xero or Sage
* Experience in Bookkeeping
