3rd Line Product Support Technician
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: New Milton, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
Contract: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
* Leverage your expertise in SIP, VoIP, VoLTE, and advanced troubleshooting to keep systems running smoothly.
* Work with the latest technologies, including Node.js, FreeSwitch, Linux, and Windows, in both cloud (AWS) and on-premise environments.
* Solve critical product issues, support new technology deployments, and mentor junior team members.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Extensive Experience: Proven track record in 3rd line IT support, handling escalated issues and providing advanced troubleshooting.
* SIP Mastery: Hands-on expertise with SIP-based systems, ideally within telecommunications, call centres, or large enterprise environments.
