Job Title: Client Financial Analyst
Overview of Job:
Key role within the finance team and has a supporting profile within the agency. Responsibilities include the ongoing improvement in all aspects of business processes, including the review, implementation, and improvement of best practices for our clients. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: weekly/monthly reporting of key analytical data across the business, supplier query resolution, point of contact for client teams (working with large retail and FMCG clients) and any queries they may have, and the establishment and implementation of new ways of working.
This will be achieved by working with key stakeholders such as clients, client account teams, our commercial team, and shared service centre to drive this forward.
Reporting of the Role:
This role reports to the Senior Client Finance Analyst.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Net Working Capital Management:
* To assist the ongoing performance improvement of all aspects of NWC and work to devise and implement the right process to maximise cash conversion.
* Supporting the completion of business-required reporting.
* Coordination of proactive monitoring and resolution of aged unbilled and debtors, working closely with the department and client teams.
* Managing complex client billing issues.
* Assist in creation and monitoring of tracking devices in the impact of best practice implementation.
Finance Process Improvement:
* Review and implementation of overall process improvement initiatives within the agency, which impact working capital, such as buying best practice/training; billing process and collections strategy.
* To assist in the identification/implementation of financial process initiatives, including business stakeholders such as clients, shared service centre, and client account teams.
* To assist in the review of key client accounts and identify adjustments to the overall finance process.
* Manage the implementation of workshops with assigned client teams to design more effective and efficient finance processes based on gap analysis.
* Onboarding of new clients with the support of the CFM.
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of training on new ways of working to client team groups.
Controls and Compliance:
* Ensuring that a robust set of internal controls is maintained and that the control environment remains strong.
* To ensure key contractual terms are complied with for all clients.
* To be a key contributor in all audits including internal, external, Sarbanes Oxley, and client audits.
What You Will Need:
Skills, Behaviours and Experience Required:
* Industry experience and knowledge of media systems essential, minimum of three years’ experience.
* Ability to prioritise and work towards multiple deadlines.
* Calm under pressure, resilient and confident to make decisions.
* The ability to communicate with numerous stakeholders including clients and senior members of staff.
* Attention to detail with an ability to solve problems.
* Basic NWC knowledge and strong analytical skills.
* Works productively in a highly pressurised environment.
