We are looking for a superstar Restaurant Manager to join our incredible new restaurant Pearly Cow, in our boutique luxury hotel in Margate. No.42 is the best place to work in hospitality in Margate, and we want YOU to join our growing team.

The Job
As our Restaurant Manager, you will lead our amazing team in the restaurant. You will be part of continuing to build a restaurant brand. You will train your teams the way you see fit and work with a kitchen team where the best food in Margate will be produced, making it the hottest table to book in town!

You are food, beverage, and hospitality obsessed. You love fine dining as much as you love a good burger, and take pride in serving either perfectly. You take pride in working in an establishment that loves to produce the best food around, and even more pride in working for a company that has big ambitions.
You understand how the restaurant works, from bottom to top. Most importantly, you love your team; you know how to train, motivate, and lead by example. You are hands-on and love spending your time on the floor, not in front of a computer.
