As a Maternal Child Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, social/emotional, and cognitive wellbeing of infants, children, and families. You will deliver our established and evidence-based sleep and settling program, ensuring that it aligns with the guidelines and policies of the Department of Health.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver evidence-based sleep and settling program.
2. Promote physical, social/emotional, and cognitive wellbeing of infants and families.
3. Collaborate with team members and external partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Experience as a Maternal Child Health Nurse.
2. Passion for infant and adult mental health in the perinatal period.
3. Ability to work with vulnerable families.
