This position not only allows you to make a significant impact by bringing your unique touch but also offers the potential for further career progression within project support.Main Duties:- Collect and compile Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for client approval.- Answer and direct phone calls for the retail team, ensuring messages are relayed appropriately.- Create and maintain site files to support the site teams.- Arrange accommodation, including hotel bookings and Airbnb, for staff or site teams as needed.- Provide reception cover during sickness or holidays.- Assist and support the Quantity Surveying (QS) team with various administrative tasks.What We are Looking For:We are seeking a candidate with a strong administrative background, exceptional IT skills, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with cloud-based systems and portals is advantageous.
