An established Structural Steel company based in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced contract Assistant Site Manager to support their growing operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily on-site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel
Monitor project progress and report issues
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Support preparation of site reports and documentation
Requirements
SMSTS/SSSTS certification
First Aid qualification
A strong background in the Structural Steel industry is required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Benefits
Competitive salary package: £300 - £350 a day
Overtime pay
Two days off during the week
