We are seeking a dedicated graduate or experienced Halo PSA Service Owner to lead the implementation, administration, and development of our new ITSM/PSA solution, Halo PSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment and ongoing management of the system, driving continuous improvement, and aligning the solution with business objectives. The Role will be critical in ensuring the successful setup, optimisation and maintenance of Halo PSA, The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Halo PSA, Halo ITSM, or Halo Service Desk and will have previous knowledge of being able to create customer workflow & Processes, and also experience integrating with other 3rd party systems. Key Responsibilities: ITSM (Halo) System Administrator Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HALO PSA solution, ensuring timely and successful deployment. Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the HALO PSA system, including user management, configuration and integrations Development: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with stakeholders to develop and implement new features and functionalities. Onboard New Customers: Work with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new customers, including configuring integrations with any customer systems Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using the HALO PSA system. Integration: Experience configuring and implementing custom integrations with 3rd Party Systems through API's Reporting: Help Management teams create reports and dashboards to monitor services that are being delivered to our customers Vendor Management: In conjunction with Senior Management, Liaise with the vendor to ensure service levels are met and address any issues that arise. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: ITSM (Halo) System Administrator Working knowledge of implementing and managing ITSM/PSA solutions, preferably HALO PSA. Strong understanding of IT service management and professional services automation principles. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
