Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £28,463 and many compelling benefits.
About Your Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales experience focused on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
* Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
* Strong ability to independently manage your workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
* Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
* Excellent prioritization skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
* Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale, and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
