Women’s Rugby World Cup England 2025 (Women’s RWC 2025) will be the 10th edition of the women’s tournament. World Rugby, in partnership with the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and UK Sport, have formed a Local Operating Company to plan and deliver the event.

We’re looking for a Broadcaster Services Coordinator to join our LOC, who will report into the Senior Manager for Overlay and work across elements of all broadcast services delivered to both Rights Holding and Host Broadcasters. This role will work closely with the Senior Broadcast Services Manager and Broadcast Project Manager as well as other World Rugby teams and host broadcast departments.
The main objective will be to support the team in securing and delivering services required by all broadcasters. In order to do this you will gain a full understanding of the requirements of both Host Broadcasters (HBs) and Rights Holding Broadcasters (RHBs) and work with other teams to secure the provision of these services.
What you’ll be doing:
* Set up and attend meetings with RHBs and HBs, including managing multiple time zones.
* Attending venue surveys at the eight stadiums across England.
* Work with the team to maintain up to date information and contacts for RHBs
* Proof and share information such as running orders and satellite details with RHBs
* Collate pre booking information from RHBs
* Work with FAs to gather information on logistics such as accreditation, accommodation, transport, Customs & taxes, working regulations and permits, health & safety requirements, MHE onsite, security & access control for RHB communications
* Assist with invitation letters where required to support visa applications
* Send RHB newsletters
* Manage broadcaster portals, including access, setting up users, maintenance, and uploading of information
* Book travel for the team as required.
* Build strong relationships with RHBs and HBs
* Work with LOC colleagues to arrange access to venues for the broadcast team & HBs, RHBS and third parties
* Assist with setting up and running of broadcaster meetings and conferences
* Booking travel, raising POs, contracting
Experience & knowledge you’ll need:
* Proven experience within broadcasting
* Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and proven success at building excellent working relationships.
* Proven communication skills and ability to deliver quality reports.
* Strong administrative and IT skills including MS Office.
* Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends
* Experience of delivering services to HB / RHBs
Nice toHaves:
* Experience of working within major events
* Understanding of Rugby
* Previous use of tools such as SAP, Concur, Iventis, We Track etc
