Team Manager - Single Point of Access/MASH Team
Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Team Manager within the SPA/MASH Team to work Full Time for Achieving for Children, Windsor & Maidenhead.
The salary for this Team Manager job is up to £64,198 per annum.
1. Lead and manage a high-performing SPA/MASH Team, maintaining strong standards of practice and ensuring adherence to statutory timescales.
2. Report directly to the Associate Director, providing updates on team performance and safeguarding activity.
3. Facilitate and lead multi-agency audits to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.
4. Attend and contribute to MAPPA (Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements) meetings, representing the SPA/MASH Team.
5. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to various internal and external boards, ensuring that the service continues to meet strategic goals and national requirements.
6. As Team Manager in the Single Point of Access (SPA) you will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services. You will also work closely with partner agencies to strengthen relationships and promote a better understanding of SPA's critical role.
7. You will provide supervision and guidance to various team members, including Assistant Team Managers, Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers.
Requirements of this Team Manager job:
1. A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
2. Understanding of relevant legislation.
3. Registered or eligible for registration.
