Our Children, Family & Young People Services across Suffolk are seeking dedicated Senior Registered Mental Health Nurses to join their existing team.

Main duties of the job
As a registered nurse within CFYP Suffolk, you will:
1. Manage and assess risk collaboratively with all systems.
2. Undertake assessments of young people.
3. Work collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs.
4. Hold a caseload and undertake duty.
You can expect regular clinical and management supervision with an emphasis on reflective practice. We hold a strong belief in team and individual development, providing a full induction program and access to extensive training and career development.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent
* Mentorship qualification or ENB 998. Willingness to train to become a sign-off mentor
Experience
* Able to demonstrate an appropriate level of knowledge of mental health practice from previous experience
* Demonstrate effective risk assessment and risk management experience
* Experience in delivery of clinical interventions
* Experience in working in a team delivering person-centred treatment packages
* Experience in delivering group-based interventions
* Experience in supporting service development
