The Role The Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for managing and delivering publisher ad campaigns and ensuring client delivery and performance goals are met on time and with a high-standard of service. There is an extra focus on mentoring junior members of the team, being a go to person, a problem solver and demonstrating a proactive approach to working. Responsibilities Campaign fulfilment including trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, optimization, billing and reconciliation. Support tracking under delivery and highlighting this via reporting. Your campaigns will always reflect a full understanding of what has been sold and what the ‘measurement of success is. Adhering to naming conventions and campaign setups as well as ensuring campaign and copy instructions are clear before a campaign is live. Proactively identify opportunities and make recommendations to optimise campaigns which align with the KPIs and objectives, through changes to configuration or optimisation of placements & audiences. Mentoring Campaign Managers and exhibit best practices for them to follow. Be a go to person when they require support You'll be expected to contribute your learnings to ‘best practice’ guidance as well as product development, encouraging others to do the same Support the testing of new products. capability and techniques, sharing your experience and learnings with your team (and the wider Ozone business) Deliver clear and concise communications to your Seniors, Sales and Account Management team-mates as well as stakeholders in the wider Ozone organisation Provide to cover for the Publisher Operations Manager when needed. This could include stepping in for meetings, covering when away and ensuring all agency patches are being covered Required Experience/ Skills Professional experience in an Ad Operations role including an excellent understanding of campaign management, adserver technology, optimisation and first-party data strategies, however full training will be provided Excellent understanding of the digital landscape and commercial aspects of advertising Experience working to tight deadlines and under pressure, prioritising your workload to deliver consistent, high-quality output which sometimes requires working out of hours You’ll have a strong ability to analyse data, interpret and communicate insights from multiple sources to make relevant optimisations as well as enhance pace and performance Strong verbal communication and writing skills Enjoy working collaboratively in a team and contribute to best practices A team-player, full of motivation and a can-do attitude.
