Research Assistant Belfast - Hybrid What you'll do Assist Analysts with research requests from clients and staff. Supports the Lead with special projects. Attends Research team meetings via Teams video conference. Stay current on available research tools relevant to the position's responsibilities and contributes to the evaluation of these tools. Respond promptly to document retrieval requests, including but not limited to newly filed complaints, case law, articles, dockets, and litigation documents. Sets up and maintains new case alerts and tracks progress on existing cases. Demonstrates the qualities and performance expected of firm employees, including professionalism, and high-quality work. What you'll need Bachelors degree 2 years of law firm library/research services experience preferred Experience using request management systems, government websites, and research platforms Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel Possesses excellent information management and written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and efficiently under time constraints Great at multi-tasking and have problem-solving abilities What you'll get A chance to develop your skills and grow within the company Competitive salary Hybrid working Great benefits
