Days per week: 5 days
Hours per week: 20 hours (all year)
Hours of work: 7:30am – 11.30am
Start date: ASAP (subject to completion of pre-employment checks)
Grade: Grade 5, Point 7-8 depending on experience
Salary: At Grade 5 pt 7 £25,584 (pro rata) £14.86 per hour
Closing date: Friday 29th November 2024 at 12 noon

We are looking for a committed, caring and well-motivated person to join our successful and friendly school as a Premises Manager. Are you someone who could support us with taking care of our school? Do you take pride in your work? Are you keen to make a difference to young lives?
The post involves:
1. Providing a high quality caretaking service
2. Opening the building and maintaining premises security
3. Gardening and grounds maintenance
4. Ensuring all relevant health and safety legislations are met.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be enthusiastic, caring and well-motivated
2. Demonstrate versatility, tact, commitment and the ability to use initiative
3. Be committed to working to help improve the premises for our children
4. Be able to work as part of a team
5. Be flexible to the needs of the school and the children
6. Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
7. Possess a variety of DIY and caretaking skills
8. Make a positive contribution to our school community and work as part of a team
You will be provided with excellent support from the Business Manager, Admin Team and Senior Leadership Team.
