Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a leading blue collar company who seeking an experienced HR Manager based at their site in Burton on Trent .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute HR and people strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Provide guidance and coaching to the management team on leadership, business change, and transformation, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
3. Collaborate with management to lead organisational and procedural changes within the business.
4. Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, talent development, succession planning, and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
5. Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate handling of new starters, leavers, and other payroll-related tasks.
6. Regularly review and enhance talent management processes, such as performance evaluations, resource planning, and succession planning.
7. Partner on projects to drive continuous improvement and implement organizational changes.
8. Work with senior managers to identify talent gaps and develop a long-term workforce plan prioritizing people initiatives.
9. Track, analyse, and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements within agreed timelines.
