Workplace Support Coach

Salary: £27,000£29,000
hours: 37.5 per week – Must be flexible
About the Role:
We are looking for a Workplace Support Coach to support participants in employment, ensuring smooth transitions, managing key data, and liaising with employers. You will play a vital role in maintaining effective relationships, overseeing service quality, and supporting individuals as they move into sustainable employment. As you will be required to speak to participants outside of their working hours flexibility is key and Hybrid working will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support participants in employment, ensuring key performance targets are met.
✅ Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
✅ Monitor key employment data, including job outcomes and first earnings notifications.
✅ Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and partner organisations.
✅ Assist participants in accessing support services for childcare, benefits, and financial adjustments.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality and contractual paperwork requirements.
✅ Identify and refer participants to training opportunities for career progression.
✅ Work closely with employers and job coaches to resolve employment-related issues.
✅ Maintain data integrity and support internal/external audits.
✅ Contribute to service improvement and ensure safeguarding standards are met.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance (desirable)
