Role overview
Are you a retail store manager interested in working with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?
As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for leading the culture of your store, managing day-to-day operations, and motivating and inspiring your team to deliver tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.
Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.

• Previous experience of developing a store improvement plan.
