Responsibilities: Provide expert ratings advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. Conduct detailed property inspections and valuations. Negotiate with local authorities and represent clients at valuation tribunals. Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and market trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to business development initiatives. Qualifications: MRICS qualified (or working towards). Proven experience as a Ratings Surveyor. Strong knowledge of rating legislation and valuation principles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
