Salary: £50,000 - £56,000 depending on experience and skills What you'll be doing: Leading a team of 5-8 Analysts to deliver a range of data analysis and visualisation projects to time, quality and cost Ensuring that the work of your team is conducted according to our project and technical processes, and meets our standards of technical excellence Collaborating with colleagues from across the wider D&A team to ensure effective end to end delivery, such as data engineers, architects, assurance leads and the operations team Managing relationships with senior stakeholders and leveraging these to support successful delivery Engages effectively with individuals working in other disciplines within the D&A Team such as Technical Design & Assurance Leads, Business Analysts and Project Managers, and Data Services in order to identify, schedule and co-ordinate required inputs to the projects they lead Managing staff performance and promotes ongoing development. Contributes to the team capability roadmap to drive continuous improvement Builds and manages relationships with customers at mid to senior levels and leverages these to support successful delivery This will typically include a number of projects for one or more stakeholder groups, containing a range of analysis, reporting and/ or visualisation outputs Ensure that the services and projects within their remit are delivered in line within the necessary technical and project processes Lead the delivery of a portfolio of projects through the project lifecycle.
