A day in the life can involve: - Developing engaging written and non-written content, such as press releases, social media posts, and multimedia assets, and coordinating their publication and distribution - Contributing to the creation of comprehensive PR and communications campaigns, from planning to implementation - Researching and analysing stakeholders to inform effective engagement strategies - Monitoring media channels and staying up-to-date with current affairs to build your industry knowledge - Evaluating the performance of campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs) and using these insights to inform future efforts - Sharing content with relevant stakeholders and media to maintain positive relationships and influence target audiences - Supporting the team with administrative, logistical, and time-sensitive tasks - Organising and coordinating stakeholder meetings and events - Contributing to the organisation's sustainability and performance goals through your communication activities As a Public Relations and Communications Assistant Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to hone your writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as your ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. As a working student your focus is to complete your studies in your 20% off the job time by learning and developing your skills, knowledge and behaviours to work towards successful graduation. Please note: As part of your off-the-job learning, you may be required to travel to a training centre. This location may differ from your primary work base. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel as part of the apprenticeship programme. You will be set objectives and goals by your training provider and manager to support your studies. You will build your skills over a 24-month period, starting in July. These skills will help you develop personally and professionally. Your apprenticeship will be made up of classroom/virtual based training to cover knowledge, on-the-job training at your Amazon base location, online learning as well as mentoring from our experienced team members.
