Responsibilities
Our ambition is to grow our Wellbeing offer nationally and you will be key to working with Integrated Care Boards (ICB'S) in developing preventative models of psychological support and developing an offer to people who are willing and able to pay privately for the support we provide.
We are seeking an engagaing leader to our Wellbeing Team, including our IAPT Leads, ensuring that Making Space people management policies, procedures and processes are implemented. You will need have experience of advising, guiding and communicating clinical information to non-clinical managers.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing highly specialist psychological oversight of therapy delivered to people using our Wellbeing Services
2. Developing new models of wellbeing interventions
3. To clinically supervise/line manage practitioners within our Wellbeing Services and Student Counsellors
4. To contribute to audit, research, policy and service development within the areas served by our Wellbeing Services.
5. Developing and deliver training in psychological therapies for staff working within our rehabilitation services
6. You will work with the Associate Director of Development and Social Value to grow our wellbeing services offer across our geographical footprint.
You will be required to travel throughout the area of operations.

Qualifications
Candidates must have a professional qualification Registered Nurse Band 8a or above or a professionally recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
Experience of leading the clinical response to senior leaders, board and external commissioners is essential for this role. Strong organisational and time management skills are required.
You will need to be someone who is unafraid to take risks, try new approaches, and continuously seek improvement. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
