Our client, a pioneering company in the PropTech space, is seeking an innovative and pragmatic Senior Product UX Designer to take ownership of their Design offering. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their innovative B2B SaaS solutions that simplify and enhance property management for landlords, tenants, estate agents, and social housing organisations.
Position Overview:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in conducting in-depth user research, designing intuitive user experiences, and creating visually appealing UI elements that align with business goals and user expectations. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into design opportunities and ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centered solutions. Your expertise in usability testing, accessibility, and design systems will contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's products and services.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive user research using various methods to understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations
* Design seamless user experiences that align with business objectives and user expectations
* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts
* Create visually appealing and brand-consistent UI elements that enhance user engagement and usability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on UX goals and advocate for user-centered design principles
* Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement
* Define and track key UX metrics to measure the impact of design and align UX strategy with broader business goals
* Optimize user flows and navigation to create frictionless experiences across customer journeys
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design system and ensure accessibility compliance
* Analyze user behavior using analytics tools and collaborate with customer success teams to proactively address usability challenges
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience as a UX Designer within B2B SaaS or PropTech industries (working with B2B workflow management systems would be an added bonus)
* Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure
* Hands-on experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
* Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
* Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements
* Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
