Job Description
Come join our dynamic P&C team as the Learning & Operational Development Coordinator.
We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the service we provide to our colleagues & ultimately contributing to our overall success!
Working closely with the members of the Talent & Learning Team, you’ll own and manage the processes, systems and working practices that make it easy for our colleagues to access learning and grow their development.
You’ll be an expert in the systems, ensuring that these are set-up and managed to maximise their functionality and make it simple, promoting a ‘self-service’ approach and delivering an excellent colleague experience.
We are looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a creative/out-of-the-box thinker to jump into this role!
Qualifications
* Prior knowledge of Learning Management Systems and other learning platforms; including managing compliance and e-learning content
* Preferable CIPD L&D or HR qualification, or working towards similar
* IT proficient, with a good working knowledge of MS Office and content authoring tools e.g. Articulate, Canva
* Experience of other digital learning technologies including video, audio, infographics
* Strong administration skills; organised, thorough with attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects
* Creative thinker, working under your own initiative to prioritise and plan workload and tasks
* Experience of liaising and managing external suppliers and partners
* A strong interest in data and analytics to help improve service and aid decision making
* Understands the role within a regulated, licensed business and the importance of meeting the obligations at all times
