2. Develop, lead, and execute commercial business strategies focused on achieving work-winning initiatives.
3. Effectively communicate and cascade business strategy throughout the commercial team, monitoring its effectiveness.
4. Establish and nurture relationships with key business customers, understanding their objectives and ensuring successful delivery.
5. Proactively identify and secure major opportunities, positioning the business as the preferred choice in the market.
Who you are
1. Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and implement commercial business strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
2. Proven track record in establishing and maintaining relationships with key business customers, ensuring their objectives are understood and delivered.
3. Proactive approach to identifying and securing key targeted major opportunities, positioning the business as the market choice.
4. Ability to manage business delivery and customer relationships to ensure consistency in service, support, and delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
