Package
* £32,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission
* Car allowance
* 35 days holiday including bank holidays
* Home-based with flexible hours
Main Responsibilities
* Manage 70-75 cleaning staff across multiple sites
* Ensure service delivery standards are met and maintained
* Regular client engagement to monitor satisfaction and standards
* Address client queries and complaints promptly
* Control contract financials within budget
* Identify opportunities for contract extension and additional services
* Support sales efforts as needed
* Manage supplies and staffing including recruitment, training, and disciplinary matters
Candidate Profile
* Experience managing commercial cleaning accounts
* Strong leadership skills in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
* Passionate about people management
* Health and safety qualification or experience
* Client liaison and presentation skills
* Valid full clean driving license
