Sourcing potential candidates via various platforms with the aim to grow the Marmion network with suitable and qualified candidates. Screening applications to determine suitability depending on the skills and experience required for individual vacancies based on your working knowledge of the client base. Monitoring all incoming Marmion enquiries through telephone and email inbox, offering consultative support or forwarding to the designated consultant. Accurately recording all activity and information on the CRM, ensuring all associated administration is kept up to date daily on behalf of the consultants. Developing a sound understanding of relevant sectors by researching, attending industry relevant events, and keeping up to date with news updates. Engaging in and contributing towards internal and external training to help strengthen your skills and knowledge and achieve your future goals. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: Previous experience in an administration, resourcing or support role (desirable but is not essential) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients. A confident, enthusiastic, and friendly personality, with a forward-thinking and innovative attitude. Self-starters – can work independently as well as part of a team. Have an ability to multitask and prioritise their workload. Excellent organisational skills. Have a full clean UK driving licence.
